The Master Fr. Émery d'Amboise delivers a house to his servant and familiaris Jean Blanc which formerly was fr. Pierre Roderichet's. Jean has to pay the common dues and a yearly rent of three florins to the church of S. Anthony (at the cemetery of the convent) as a memorial foundation for fr. Pierre and his parents.

Émery d'Amboise and the Convent to Gondisalvo della Carcere: grant of the preceptory de Fonte la Penna, which before the chapter general of 1504 was a membrum of the prioral camera de Castronugno; problems caused by the unrightful resignation of the last legitimate possessor, Fr. Francesco de Sarria, in the hands of the prior Fr. Don Alvaro de Scunigha, who gave the preceptory to others.

Georgio Viera of San Joao del Paran in the priory of Portugal: asks for information concerning the pretention of Symon Telis to have received the tonsure in Lisbon at the age of seven; Symon has been expelled from the order because of an accusation of theft, but now claims to be judged by a clerical court, which also concerns the rights of the archbishop of Rhodes who aks for confirmation within a year.

Notes on the election of the Greek Metropolitan: 14 priests of the Greek church and 13 citizens of Rhodes, gathered under the direction of the Seneschall of the master, Fr. Philippe Villiers de l'Isle-Adam, elect three candidates for the office of metropolitan; after a week for reflection, the Master Fr. Émery d'Amboise, decides in favour of the candidate with the highest number of votes, the monk Climis Hieromonachus, who is afterwards introduced into his office.

The Master Fr. Émery d'Amboise to Leonardo de Balestrinis, archbishop of Rhodes: grants him a garden in the castellany of Rhodes, in regione Chippurie close to S. Michael, with complete jurisdiction, only to pay a formal rent of 1 Florin.

Philippe Villiers de l'Isle-Adam, seneschall: orders him to buy a shop in return for one of the houses in Rhodes town he received from the priory of Francia and sold; the incomes from the shop shall be used in honour of the virgin Mary and for the monastery on the mountain Phileremos to finance the eternal light; the chapel with the image of Mary is to be supported and further decorated; donation of a mass for the five wounds of Christ; administration of the other houses.
