[Plate I, recto] This should be known by the commoners of Sahuman, Pager, the common wadanas (3) , buyuts (4) of Gesang, the asedahan tani (5) of Terung, / patih (6) Nadi, the pacatanda (7) of Terung, arya (8) Wisana, and also the angucap gawe tani (9) of Majapahit, arya (10) / Warani, that Our Word referring to the lands of si Darani that are in Shela Mandi is: all lands of si Darani / that are in Shela Mandi shall be exempt from palawang (11) tahil (12) , all kinds of rajakarya (13), titiban (14), / titisara (15) , rarawuhan (16) , arik-purih dues of all kinds from the Interior. They shall be adeg ringgit (17), they shall make a witana (18). / [Done] in the Shaka-year 1316. They shall have the bhukti (20) in the year with the unit number seven. Then: fixed limits shall have all lands of si Darani. /

[Plate I, verso] Being declared independent, they shall not diminish and not increase, they shall not retrench anything from the lands of their neighbours and there shall not be retrenched anything from theirs. / This is the end of the considerations on the landed property. As soon as the Royal Seal has arrived, / when the Royal Seal has been read, it shall be kept by si Darani. Dated in the ? month, in the Shaka-year 1316. / The finding of the worshipful ambekel tuwuh (21) Tanikut on the terraced fields of the worshipful Darani in Shela Mandi was in the presence of / the men who are considered buyuts (22) of Shela Mandi, the worshipful honoured arya (23)..., the principal buyut (24) Janana, the worshipful buyut Sengguh, / the kabayan (25) the worshipful Kol, the panarikan (26) the worshipful Sambarana, the worshipful rangga (27) Gelar. The finding of the men who are considered buyuts has fixed the limits of the lands / of the worshipful Darani..... terraced fields: 1 jung, 1 kikil, 1jari, 1 iring (28). /

[Plate II, recto] This should be known by the persons who would take the lands of si Darani in Shela Mandi, who are of the buyut-class, that Our Word is: / there should not be persons who think of taking part of the possessions of other people. A fence shall be made around the lands of si Darani that are sima (29) / salawang (30) . People shall not retrench anything and nothing shall be retrenched from theirs, as this matter has been already respectfully announced to Us. Thus now the neighbouring lands shall be / separated, the sawi (31) shall be pulled up as soon as the Royal Seal has arrived. Provided with a fence shall be all lands of si Darani that are sima / salawang (32) , pulled up shall be their sawi (33) , in order that this will draw the attention of anybody who would take something off, because for that matter he would be punished in the name of the Interior / with the punishment of a person who takes land of the Interior, as his imminent punishment. This Royal Seal, when it has been read, shall be kept by si Darani to be his pihagem (34). / Dated in the 2nd (35) month, in the Shaka-year 1317. /

[Plate II, verso] This should be known by those who claim putajenan (36), all kinds of persons who claim putajenan, that Our Word / referring to the sima (37) lands of si Darani that are in the desha (38) of Shela Mandi is: inasmuch as they are exempt from putajenan, / from all kinds of putajenan imposed either by the Interior or (39) outside (40) they are exempt, they are exempt from: moulding bricks, brick-making, titisara (41), / entertainment of guests of high rank, compulsory buying, requisitions, regalement for guests, "fillings of sacks", exempt from offering / salt, from earthing the roads, from keeping in order (42) Canggu. From all kinds of rajakarya (43) , putajenan (44) imposed either by the Interior or (45) outside (46) / they shall be exempt, exempt from arik-purih dues of all kinds. This Royal Seal, when it has been read, shall be kept by si Darani to be his pihagem (47). / Dated, in the ... month, in the Shaka-year 1318.
