TS1265.03.27 - 27 March, 1265, Orvieto. - Pope Clement IV to Martinus Templar castellan at Rocca de Trebis: orders him to restitute Raynaldus de Genua, nephew of the late pope Alexander IV, the properties which acquired in the castles de Trebis, de Felettino et de Vallo Potrae. *TS1265.04.22 - 22 April, 1265, Perugia. - Pope Clement IV to the abbot of St. Guillaume du Desert in the diocese of Lodève (Lodovensis, Dep. Hérault): orders him to help the Templars to recover lawfully their alienated incomes and properties in Provence and to enforce obedience by ecclesiastical censure from those who do not comply. The sale of the order's properties at the disadvantage of the Templars done by single brethren is invalid, because it contravenes earlier papal documents and inferes with the rights of the order. *TS1265.06.08 - 8 June, 1265, Perugia. - Pope Clement IV to the archbishops, bishops, abbots and other prelates: repeats the prohibition of his predecessors Innocent and Urban to ban the Templars without explicit papal order. *TS1265.06.13 - 13 June, 1265, Perugia. - Pope Clement IV to the Abbot of St. Saturnin at Toulouse: orders to confirm and strengthen the excommunication against the members of the "Peace League" in Gascogne (magistrum et fratres fidei et pacis Auxitanae diocesis super castro de Manseta) hitherto ignored who are in conflict with Hospitallers and Templars for twelve years. *TS1265.07.04 - 4 July, 1265, Perugia. - Pope Clement IV to the archbishops, bishops, abbots and other prelates: admonishes them to be more ready to act against any infringement of the Templar's rights from the side of their priests; orders to punish the priests for their offences against the Templars with excommunication and interdict and not to reverse the sentences without the order's consent and before satisfaction is given.
