Master Antoni Fluvia and the convent make known the lease of the island Nisyros for five years to the brother Renaldo de Breissolles praeceptor of Vaulx, starting from 1 October 1427. The rent is fixed at 650 florins each year. The brother has to pay 1.250 florins in advance, which will subtracted from the future rent.

Master Anthoni Fluvia to the Greek priest Costa Chirmeli from the casale Archangelos: confirms the liberation from any form of slavery (servitudo marina) which Costa had been given by Master Robert de Juilly - according to Costa's supplication, against a request by the admiral who had tried to recruit Costa's sons.

Master Anthoni Fluvia to the priest Georgios Chiona: donates to him the church of St. John the Baptist de Fonte outside the walls of Rhodes, which has already been in his family's possession but which he could not utilize before; with all houses, gardens, possessions, and obligations for lifetime. Chiona has to pay 12 fl. annually to the conventual prior who will nominate one of the order's chaplains to sing three masses a week; he also has to pay for the lights, but may keep the daily donations for the church excepts donations in silver and fine cloth on which the prior has to decide.

For the parts of this side of the sea, Nicholaus de Solerio Prior of the Convent etc. pro parte fratrum dicte domus lingue Provincie, and Daniel de Carreto, prior of Lombardy, etc. pro parte fratrum lingue Italie to which the houses of the Italian langue belong, have concluded an agreement. […] Item petebunt dicti domini priores et preceptores lingue Italie habere et habere debere provisionem in prioratu Ungarie et preceptorias eiusdem […], while the Provence claimed rights in Capua and Bsrletta. The matter was discussed in front of several cardinals and master Juan Fernández de Heredia. It was agreed that the preceptories of St. Stefano de Monopoli, Venosa, Aliffe in Southern Italy should remain in the hands of the Provence, Baroli, Capua und Neapel of the langue of Italy. But prioratus Ungarie remaneat in communi fratribus lingue Italie et fratribus lingue Provincie, the office to be filled in exchange.
