*TS1216.04.00 - April, 1216, Calatagirone. - Constance II Queen of the Romans and her son Henry King of Sicily Duke of Apulia and Count of Capua make known that they have freed the inhabitants of Paterno from the payment of two ounces annually due from the marinaria as it also has been granted to the Templars for their local properties; this is done to support the Order following quarrels between the Templars and the inhabitants of Paterno.

*TS1216.09.00 - September, 1216, Altenburg. - Frederick II King of the Romans and of Sicily renews a privilege by Frederick I, taking the Templars and their possessions under royal protection and freeing them from tolls and taxes; text identical with the charter of Frederick I dated 25 December, 1184.

*TS1216.09.00.a - September, 1216, Altenburg. - Frederick II King of the Romans and of Sicily confirms the Templars the grant of Hugues de Baux concerning the right of free ship traffic and transport of Pilgrims from Marseille.
