TS1189.03.04 - 4 March, [1189], Rome, Lateran. - Pope Clement III to all archbishops, bishops, abbots, priors and all other prelates: informs them about the heavy losses of the Templars in the Holy Land and orders to support them. Their benefactors should be relieved from the seventh part of the punishments for their sins, they are allowed to be buried at the Templars if they are not excommunicated or personally under interdict. Collectors of dues and alms are allowed to celebrate masses in places under interdict once a year, the excommunicated excluded.
