27 April, 1454
Note on a quarrel (questio et differentia) between the Marshal Fr. Louis de Serra, appaltator of the island of Nisyros, and Fr. Gabriel Vieux, preceptor of Pumison: Fr. Louis re-leased the island of Nisyros to Fr. Gabriel for 900 fl. annually, but Fr. Gabriel refused to pay out of certain causes. The Lieutenant of the Master and Prior of the Convent, Fr. Giacomo de Guidone, and the Council decide that Fr. Gabriel has to pay the sum of 600 fl. which is the sum due to the treasury by Fr. Louis; this form of re-lease is declared detrimental to the treasury and is declared null and void for the future.

The Master Fr. Jacques de Milly opens the chapter general; his speech is read by the Vice-Chancellor Elisseo de la Manna.

10 December, 1454. Rhodes.
Master Fr. Jacques de Milly, successor of Fr. Jean de Lastic, gives notice to Fr. Engelbert van Foreest, bailiff of Utrecht, that the Prior of Germany has been ordered by the chapter general to hold a provincial chapter. Therefore, the Grand Master orders Engelbert to appear personally at this chapter together with two fully empowered heads of houses in his bailiwick as soon as the Prior summons him. Master Fr. Jacques de Milly orders Fr. Rutger de Juede, head of the preceptory of Mechelen, to remove the unworthy curate of Wahlwiller, Fr.
