Master Fr. Jean de Lastic and the Convent appoint Fr. Johan van Wychflit as head of the vacant house Sint Jansdal near Harderwijk, which has been occupied by some inobedient brethren. Master Fr. Jean de Lastic and the Convent authorize Fr. Michele de Castellacio, visitor of Germany etc., to appoint several priors in Low Germany and one 'bailiff by chapter' or Prior in Frisia 'as was the custom there', and to admit four or five sons of noblemen from these regions as knights of the Order.
