Henry Stokes is sent to brother Richard Poulay, representative of the prior of St. John of Jerusalem in England and his proctor during his absence abroad, and to brother Thomas Chippenan master or warden of Chippenham co. Cantebrigge and his fellow bretheren to take for life such corrody or maintenance within that place as one named Gifforde deceased had within that house. By p.s.
