Master Anthoni Fluvia makes known that he has sold to the priest Trisile and his heirs for 17 fl. and 5 aspers two houses in the town of Rhodes (in the borgo; one without a roof) with another small house, court, and wall, and confirms the receipt of the money.

Master Anthoni Fluvia confirms the agreement between Agnes Crispa, the widow of Dragonono Clavelli, and Suffredo Calvi concerning the patronage over the chapel of St Nicholas in the Augustinian church on Rhodes, in which Dragonono is buried. According to this agreement Suffredo and his heirs hold half of the patronage; Agnes who was the only heir had sold her rights to the Master.
