*TS1215.03.20 - 20 March, 1215, Luffness. - Alexander II king of Scotland to the bishops, abbots, counts, barons, justices, sheriffs, and other vassalls in his kingdom: confirms the privileges of his ancestors David I, Malcolm IV, and William I for the Templars; takes the Templars and their men under his protection and frees them from toll and duties; they should enjoy every liberty they have elsewhere.
