Item statutum est, quod statutum, quo cavetur, quod nulli fratres baiuliam tenere debeant, donec annis tribus fuerint in religione, nec debeant similiter tenere castellaniam donec v annis steterint in eadem, propter grandia dampna, que propterea evenerunt eidem, districte precipimus sub virtute sancte obediencie, quod teneatur firmiter et inviolabiter observetur. Cui statuto insuper additur, quod nulli fratri baiulia possit conferri, nisi etatis sue compleverit xxv annos.
