De ordinatione vestium fratrum in conventu residentium
Item quod ab hac hora inantea nullis fratrum, qui soldeam capiat ex communi thesauro, audeat scindi facere vestes longas aut breves pro arbitrio et voluntate sua, quinimmo per licentiam conventus drapperii, qui teneatur in hoc facere custodire honestatem religionis. Et si quis contrarium faceret, drapperius debet facere plantam mareschallo eius [read: de eo], (quicumque) et totiens luat penam septene quotiens contrafecerit.
