Pope Sixtus IV orders the provost of the chapter of St John in Utrecht to grant papal consent, if he thinks the demand reasonable, to the St Catharine's Convent in Utrecht in electing its own head and having the election confirmed by the Prior of Germany afterwards, as was the habit under the last prior.
