Johannes Geminger, officialis curie Basiliensis, declares that he has made an official German translation of some Latin statutes of the Order for Fr. Bertold Stehelin, head of the preceptory of Neuenburg, and Fr. Heinrich Scaler [?], proxy of the house at Villingen, both in the diocese of Konstanz. The Master Fr. Jean de Lastic confirms the documents of 10 January, 1312 (and 10 November, 1321), concerning the payment of the pitancia for the brethren from the langue of Italy living in the Convent.
