Die 3 Februarii 1466 fuit deliberatum, quod receptores communi thesauri in prioratibus possint habere preceptorias vaccantes per privatione solvende debita facta [...] hac tamen condicione, quod tales receptores non habeant predicti [...] thesauri in manibus suis nec sunt debitores thesauri. [...]
