Entry on the agreement between Fr Joan de Cardona and the brethren from the Priory of Catalonia concerning the conditions under which he can take over the preceptory de Baiolles: he has to resign the membrum de Cabestayn of which the value is determined. - NLM Arch. 362, fol. 81(82)r-v. Capitula registrata de mandato [...] magistri michi Helisseo vicecancellarii facta die quarta mensis Novembris 1450, in modum que sequitur:

Capitels fets e concordats enfre fra Johan de Cardona [...] et los frares del priorat de Cathalunya [...] [...] commanda de Bangiolles [...] fra Johan de Cardona [...] per son cabiment [...] [...] se tengut renuntiar lo membre de Cabestayn [...].

[...] valua del det membre de Cabestayn, co es que valegue la quantitat de 400 fflorins de renda, que lo dit fra [...] sie obligat e se obligue de fer valer [...] / (81(82)v) [...]
