Master Antoni Fluvia to Leonard Kretiko, the first of the citizens of Katagru: He has built the monastery Taksiarche Michael the Kombioti, for the salvation of his soul, and therefore he demands from the order to be freed from taxes and wants to come into possession of all mobile and immobile property owned by the monks of his monastery, in case of their death. Master Antoni Fluvia grants these privileges on condition that all silver, all gold, and all precious stones and vases, that had belonged to the late monk and that were found in the night after his death should belong exclusively to the order. The monks were to be buried on the grounds of the monastery, and their superiors (or someone else) had to report the death to the castellan or to the headmaster or the first of the castellania, the same day. - NLM Arch. 346, fol. 167v. Tue devocionis exposcunt merita, ut ad quecumque tibi grata et rationabilia descendamus, ut imposterum ferventior efficiaris ad nobis et nostre Religioni famulandum.

Cum vero sit, quod, cum quoddam monasterium, cuius nomen nuncupatur Sanctus Michael de Cambeodi, in dicta nostra castellania per te fuerit edificatum pro salute anime tue, et ipsum monasterium et callogeros ibidem existentes desideras effici liberos de bonis rebus, mobilibus et inmobilibus, calogerorum ibi decendentium, divino cultui famulancium, nos tui[s] precibus motus [leg. moti], tenore presentium, volumus, decernimus et mandamus de nostra certa scientia et gratia speciali, non obstante aliqua consuetudine(a) in contrarium faciente, quod bona, mobilia sive inmobilia, ipsorum callogerorum morientium debeant esse et pertinere ipsi monasterio; hoc tamen nichilominus reservato, quod si aliqua (b) quantitas argenti, auri, jocalium vel vaxalamenta preciosa post mortem ipsorum reperiantur in ipso monasterio, debeant illa nobis et successoribus nostris pertinere, non obstante gratia premissa.

Et quod corpora ipsorum callogerorum ibidem morientium debeant in dicto monasterio sepeliri, et post ecclesiasticam sepulturam eadem die per abbatem seu rectorem ipsius monasterii, vel eius nuncium, ipsius defuncti vel defunctorum callogerorum notificacio(c) fieri debeant castellano prefate nostre castellanie, vel motis(1) et protho ipsius loci.
