TS1261.03.25 - 25 March 1261, s.l. - Henrich archbishop elect of Trier confirms the agreement reached in his presence between Philipp Count of Vianden and the proctor of the Templars concerning the church at Rode. The Count promises that master Alard canon Dyonensis will resign all claims concerning that church until 10 April (Judica), while the Templars promise to lift the excommunication against the Count of Vianden and his family and to ensure that the contract agreed between the Count and Countess of Vianden and the Templars in France will be ratificated by Hubert de Peraut, preceptor of the Templars in France, until 22 July (St. Mary Magdalen). Furthermore, after the resignation of master Alard, Alard and the rector of the church of Rode, master Robert shall end their quarrels und shall render their writings to the official of Trier for destruction, and the Templars and master Robert shall ensure that the sentences against Alard and the trinitarians at Vianden are anulled.1261 feria 6 ante dominica Oculi.
