Guglielmo di Cannellis, Templar preceptor of Sicily agrees on terms with Guglielmo di Afinatis habitator terre Sancti Petri super Pactas who is granted a piece of land in the casale of Murrum inferior to construct a mill in return for annual payment of 7 tarì and 2 grani gold. - A = olim Messina, Archivio Priorale degli Ospitalieri. / B = Palermo, Biblioteca Communale, Qq H 12, fol. 459. - A = original; B = copy in charter collection of Antonino Amico, 1625/29. - The document is dated to 1284 [!] but this has to be corrected by the regnal year of Peter I and by the indiction year to 1285. - Calendar in Templari e Ospitalieri, no. 150, 178.
