Pope Innocent IV orders the Bishop of Lincoln [and the bishops of Hereford, St. Andrews, and the archbishop of Dublin] not to molest the Templars with the payment of the Constantinople subvention since everyone going to the Holy Land is freed from it; the brethren had complained to him. - Citta del Vaticano, Archivio segreto, Reg.
