De preceptoriis vacantibus super mare
Item ad evitandum plures impugnationes et questiones, que sepe oriuntur et eveniunt inter priores et fratres hic residentes propter preceptorias vacantes per mortem fratrum expirantium vel decedentium recedendo a conventu vel veniendo ad conventum, stabilitum est et ordinatum, quod omnes preceptorie, que de cetero sic vacabunt, sint ad collationem nostram et nostri conventus. Reservantes illas de castellania Emposte, de quibus intelligatur, quod ille, que sic vacabunt, debeant vacare per mortem fratrum migrantium super mare et non in terra ut de insulis, que supra sunt mare.
