Primo recordatum est et preceptum sub virtute sancte obediencie, ne inantea ullus frater nostre religionis se intromitat petere nec impetret per se vel per alium ab aliqua persona extra nostram religionem litteras precum pro baiulia obtinenda.

De impetrationibus litterarum a principibus pro beneficiis non fiendis.
Item stabilitum est, quod stabilimentum loquens, quod nullus frater impetret nec impetrare faciat litteras prioratuum vel preceptoriarum ab aliquo principe, et hoc, ut dictum est, (stabilimentum) observetur. In isto capitulo generali in virtute sancte obedientie precipimus, quod hinc inantea omnes fratres dicte religionis debeant observare dicta stabilimenta et in casu, quo aliquis contrafaceret, est ordinatum per hoc presens capitulum generale, ut non possit illam [preceptoriam etc.] habere nec aliquod beneficium vel officium hinc ad x annos valeat optinere, quia ille est periurus et facit contra regulam.
