Primo est stabililtum, quod mareschallus possit precipere, quando sibi placebit, confallonem cuicumque fratri placuerit seu voluerit et videbitur magis convenire in factis armorum, ita tamen quod cum consilio magistri vel eius locumtenentis hoc fiat.
