Note on a quarrel at the casale Cosquino which is to be ended by an oath. Since it is not clear who has to accept the oath, the Latin archbishop or the Greek metropolitan, a committee is installed to check the legal basis.

13 March, 1522. Zlotoryje.
Melichar Kretschmer, the town swift, and the peasants of the town of Zlotoryje (Goltperg) testify that Bernard Bronig (Bronigk) sold 1/2 mark of his annual salary from his suburban farm to the Hospitallers in Zlotoryje for 5 mark of Bohemian groats. The salary is payable at Pentecost and can be bought back. 28 April, 1522. Plakowice.
Vincenc Raussendorf (Rawssindorff) at Plakowice (Plackwitz) bequeaths, with the consent of King Ludwig and the master of the Order of St. John in Bohemia and Poland, Jan of Rožmberk, all his property in Plakowice to commander Wolfgang Senner and the convent of the commandery in Lwówek (Lemberg); also two pieces of a field by the river Bóbru, which the commander bought and Vincenc held as a fief, and a meadow near Plakowice between the meadows of Feyg and Tomáš Engemann, will belong to the commandery after Vincenc's death. The Hospitallers are to celebrate annual devotions for the souls of the members of the family. Jaku Gerttner, the town scribe in Świdnica (Schweydnitz), is appointed executor of the will. Vitus Tietze (Titze), hereditary town clerk, and the peasants of Lwówek (Lewenbergk) testify that Kaspar Becker sold 1 mark of his annual salary on his house and yard next to Matej Kauffman in Boleslawicka (Buntzlischen) Street to the local Hospitaller community for maintenance; the salary is to be paid always on St. Michael's and St. Walpurga each 1/2 mark and may be redeemed for 10 Hungarian gld. Vincenc Raussendorf (Rawssindorff) at Plackwitz sells to the commander Wolfgang Senner in Lwówek 2 pieces of a field near Bóbr, which he bought from Nicholas Gossner and the court shoemaker (hoffschuster) Hanus, with a fief right which he received from the King, and a meadow by the stone bridge on the road to Plakowice between the meadows of Matej Feyg and Tomasz Engemann for 23 mark per year, to be paid always on St. John the Baptist and at Christmas, 11.5 marks each. 28 July, 1522. Plakowice.
Vincenc Raussendorf (Rawssindorff) at Plakowice (Plackwitz) makes a will in which, with the consent of his wife and Jan of Rožmberk, master of the Order of St. John in Bohemia, Poland, Silesia, etc., he bequeaths all his property in Plakowice, as well as the part bought from his brothers Christopher and Hanus Raussendorf, to commander Wolfgang Senner and the commandery in Lwówek (Lewinberg). The Hospitallers were to pay him 23 mark annually on two dates (Christmas and St. John the Baptist), to provide his widow with an apartment and food after his death, to pay his brothers Krystof and Hanus and three sisters 50 Rhenish gld., and to hold vigils and memorial services for the Raussendorf family 4 times a year on dry days. The Franciscans in Lwówek are to be paid 3 mark annually for the celebration of masses, and 7 mark worth of bread is to be distributed to the poor from the religious confraternities and hospitals. Vincenz reserves for himself for life the income from the village of Górna (Obirdorffe). Louis, King of Hungary and Bohemia, at the request of Jan of Rozmberk (Rozmberk) at Strakonice (Strakonicz), master of the Bohemian priory of the Order of St. John, stipulates that the castle of Volyni (Wolyni) with its appurtenances, which he holds in pledge, may not be redeemed from him by anyone other than those clerical persons who have the right to the redemption.
