John of Rosenberg (Rozmberk), Master of the Bohemian Priory of the Order of St. John, John of Lomnice (Lomnicze), Prior, and the Convent in Strakonice (Strakoniczsky house) sell to the widow Dorothy, called Klobásová, for 16 threescores of Prague groschen in cash and 4 groschen a year's rent (2 groat at St. Georges and 2 at St. Gall) the house called 'the priest's' with a garden in the Lesser Town of Strakonice, in the churchyard by the town wall opposite the hospital, between the church and the school, otherwise free from all corvés (robot) and fee (poplatkuow) to the commandery and the town. William of Pernstein (Pernssteyna) at Helfštýn (Helfenstein, Helffenssteynie) cedes to John of Rosenberg (Rozumbergka) at Strakonice (Strakonicz), master of the Bohemian priory of the Order of St. John, to John (of Lomnice), prior, and to the convent in Strakonice 10 threescores of Bohemian groschen annual rent in the village of Hrušky (Hrusskach) (where he reserves for himselfs the subjects Wenceslas, Vachula and John Sobota) and 400 threescores in exchange for the village of the Hospitallers of Přibice (Przibicze) with the right of patronage. The named guarantor obliged themselves to 'execute' the fee and put it into the Land tables under the penalty of their personal detention (ležení) in Brno and paying the damages. Vitus Tietze (Titze), hereditary judge (erbrichter), and the sworn jurors (geschworne scheppen) of Lwówek (Lewenbergk) testify that M. Nicholas Edeler sold 1 mark of his annual fee on his house (haus und hoeff) next to the house of Christopher Fritschner (Frittschener) to the Hospitaller commandery n form of the so-called pittance (piedancia). The fee is to be paid annually at Christmas and at St. Walpurgis 1/2 m. each and it can be redeemed for 10 Hungarian gld. Brother Fabian of Maltitz (Maltiss), commander of the Hospitaller commanderies of Fürstenfeld (Fürstenueld), Vienna and Melling (Melding), appoints as the parish priest of the church of Our Lady in Altenmarkt near Fürstenfeld (Altenmargkht bey Fürstenueld), which right of patronage belongs to the commander of Fürstenfeld, and that has become vacant by the death of the brother Rupert Putz, brother of Leonard Kumpfmüllner, and reserves for himself the right to depose him and replace him by another if he fails to fulfil his duties.
