Jan Sterl, canon of St. Stephen's in Vienna and parish priest in Laa, testifies that Hynek Popel of Lobkowitz, commander of Mailberg (Meylperg), and the convent there have ceded to Nicholas Farfler of Hanfthal (Hainftall), Balthasar Furman from Kleinbaumgarten (Pawngarten) near Lao, Ondřej Walther from Lao and Michal Auf from Hanfthal 2 meadows near Plauwstauden (Plastawdn) for other meadows from the same village. Nicholas Farfler also ceded to them a meadow by the bridge, from which he paid the parish priest of Laa 12 pence a year, for a meadow in Laa next to Hanus Freisinger's meadow, and the other three ceded to the commandery another meadow at Plauwstauden, from which they paid the parish priest of Laa 28 pence, in exchange for a neighbouring one. Jan Sterl confirms and approves the exchange as superior, with the consent of Christopher Tenngler, official of the bishopric of Passau.
