24 March, 1518. Wrocław.
The Council of the City of Wrocław (Breslaw), by the authority of the King of Bohemia, administrator of the Royal Governoship (Hauptmannschaft) of Wrocław, testifies that before the court of vassals in Wrocław, the commander of the Commandery of Corpus Christi called upon all those who had deeds or other claims to the estate (gut) and village of Bartoszowa (Schonfeldt) to assert them within a year and a day; then all claims will be forfeited and the commander will be able to own the village. The Master Fr. Fabrizio del Carretto to Fr. Tristan de Sales alias Lascura: confirms the licence to use the incomes from the lease of his preceptory S. Félix also in its third year to finance his stay in the convent.

The Master Fr. Fabricio del Carretto to Pope Leo X.: sends Fr. Sabba da Castiglione as his envoy to Rome to inform the pope on the situation in the East; Fr. Giuliano de Ridolfis, Prior of Capua, will come as a substitute for the Proctor at the Roman Curia, Fr. Diego de Lorensana, who is on a mission to Spain.

The Master Fr. Fabricio del Carretto to Pope Leo X.: rumour of a treaty between the Ottomans and Persia (the contents of which are not known to the master) and the preparation of a great fleet at Constantinople; also, Fr. Carretto asks the pope not to allow a suit at the Roman curia against the admiral, Fr. Carolo de Gesualdis.

The Master Fr. Fabricio del Carretto to Pope Leo X.: reminds him of the dangers for the order and asks him to support the order's envoy, Fr. Sabba da Castiglione.

7 June, 1518
The Master Fr. Fabricio del Carretto to Pope Leo X.: news of the Ottoman war against Persia; the rumours in Greece of a crusaders' fleet gathering in Brindisi and planning to move to Valona or Durazzo causes fears with the Turks.

11 July, 1518. Kraków.
Sigismund, King of Poland, grants John Miřejovský (Mijrzowski, Mijerowski) the expectance for the Hospitaller commandery at Poznań and cancels all other claims to this commandery. In the chancery, Fr. Onofrio Solanes confirms by oath that during his attacks against muslims he will not harm christian ships and goods; he will also not attack the Turkish coasts near Rhodes.

Printed letter of indulgence (confessionale), in which according to the bull of Pope Leo X, Nicholas Buscher, parish priest in Most (Brüx), makes the Hospitaller Donatus, son of James, participating in indulgences because he contributed to the restoration of the parish church in Most. František Beyer, hereditary judge (erbrichter), and the sworn jurors (geschworne scheppin) of Lwówek (Lewimbergk) testify that John Heidenreich (Heydenrich) sold 1 m. of annual rent on his house (hoff) next to the house (hoff) of Lawrence Sachs and on all his property in the town to the local Hospitaller commandery in form of the so-called pittance (piedancia); the rent is to be paid annually 1/2 m. at St. John the Baptist and at Christmas, and may be redeemed for 10 Hungarian gld.
