Master Fr Jean de Lastic and the Chapter general make known that they have authorized Fr Juliano de Beninis Prior of Pisa und Fr Juan de Altanis Proctor General of the Order at the Roman Curia to continue and decide the cases open from the public audience of the Order; cf. the document of 27 October 1449.

Fr Juliano de Beninis Prior of Pisa und Fr Juan de Altanis Proctor General of the Order at the Roman Curia confirm - as representatives of Master and Chapter (their procuracy is inserted) - a decision of the iudex ordinarius and an arbitration proposal by chancellor Fr Melchiore Bandini and by the merchant Pietro Benet in a lawsuit between the heirs of Bernino Calvi and request to accept the decision.

Notary instrument concerning the sale of vineyards owned before by the late lieutenant of the Seneschall Fr Guillaume de Lastic, Fr Valerian de Challus; they are sold to Niccolo Giorgio Muratori; the grant of Master Jean de Lastic dated 26 November, 1450 follows.

Master Fr. Jean de Lastic orders Fr. Steven van Gruuthusen, head of the preceptory of Arnhem, to appear in the Convent at Rhodes to account for his inobedience towards Fr. Master Fr. Jean de Lastic and the Convent appoint Fr. Hendrik Oesterzel, chaplain, as head of the preceptory of Kattendijke, vacant because of its usurpation by the lord of Kattendijke, with an annual contribution according to the decisions of the last chapter general to raise responsions of 50,000 florins.
