[Henry V's] Inspeximus and confirmation to William Hilles, prior of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem in England, to the use of the prioress and sisters of that order of Bucland of letters patent dated 14 November, 10 Henry IV [Calendar 1408-1413, p. 32]. [King Henry V] to the customers in the port of London: Order without taking customs or subsidies to suffer William Hilles prior of St. John of Jerusalem in England, to take over to foreign parts four and thirty particoloured gowns of green and red embroidered for his gentlemen, yeomen, and grooms, one gown for a chaplain, twenty gowns for himself and his brethren in England, sixteen pairs of hose of black cloth of Lyre, six hoods of the same, one doublet of defence and eleven purses of silk bought and purveyed within the realm for the use of the prior and the brethren aforesaid. Also three pieces of doubled worstede in one fardel, lilewise bought etc. for their use, after payment of customs, subsidies etc. due upon the worstede.
