Master Fr. Philibert de Naillac and the Convent appoint frater Hamman zu Rhein as Prior of Germany after the resignation of frater Hesso Schlegelholtz, with Klingnau, Rheinfelden, Utrecht and Cologne as his four prioral chambers.
