Master Fr. Ricardo Carracciolo and the brethren of the General Chapter nominate frater Symon dux Tassinensis, Prior of Bohemia and Poland as nostrum et nostre dicte domus locumtenentem, visitatorem, correctorem et privatorem secundum statuta nostre religionis in prioratibus Alamannie, Saxonie et Brabantzie procuratorem, actorem, syndicum, yconomum, responsionum petitorem et certum nuncium specialem [...]. Data Neapoli durante nostro predicto capitulo generali die tertia mensis Aprilis in anno incarnacionis Domini millesimo trecentesimo ottuagesimoquarto. [Fr. Caracciolo was the Counter-Master appointed by the Pope in Rome, Urban VI, when Master Fr.
