Agreement between the Latin Archbishop of Rhodes, Giuliano de Ubaldinis, and the Greek Metropolitan Metrophanes, approved by the Master Fr. Giovanbattista Orsini, which confirms the right of the master to appoint the priests of the Greek church which have to be confirmed and invested by archbishop and metropolitan together; in the election of the metropolitan, the Master is allowed to choose between two or three candidates, and his decision has to be confirmed by the archbishop; the metropolitan is defined as suffragan of the archbishop. - NLM Arch. 382, fol. 196r.
