The master and the 16 capitulars decide on the arrears: certain debts of the brethren have to be checked and accounted for. If this has been done for every priory, the brethren will have to pay back their debts in rates within five years. -

Die 26 Decembris 1466 per reverendissimum dominum magistrum et dominorum sexdecim super solutione arreragiorum fuit deliberatum et ordinatum, quod verificentur et clarifirentur quemcumque debita communis thesauri per religiosos ordinis, quibus verificatis et declaratis per omnes et singulos prioratus, tunc ultra et preter impositionem que fiet pro solutione debitorum dicta arreragia solvantur per debitores in termino quinque annorum pro rata cuiuslibet.
