Fr. Erhardus de Heringen procurador de la laingue d'Almaigne del vestro conventu de Rhodo issues a petition concerning:
1. the bailiwick of Brandenburg,
2. the Priorate of Hungary,

{132v} Ulterimo expone el dicto supplicante che non obstante che la vostra Reverenda Signora et el vostro sacro capittolo habia data audituri supra certa controversia e infra lo conmendatore de Trayecto et frar Petro de Schotten el qual tien la commanda de Harlem per forza, la quale e membro de Traiecto che e camera del prior de Lamaigna, contra ogni rason et iusticia, pro tanto el dicto supplicante se presente davanti la vostra Reverenda Signora e non obstante che devanti li prefati audituri habia protestato con licencia de vostra Reverenda Signora iterum et de novo protesta et fa sua protestacion davanti vostro general capitulo, qualche non obstante dicta commissione che ava abuti li prefati seignori audituri che tute sentencie interlocutorie over diffinitive sianno dati per li supraditti audituri deputati in preiudicio de la laingue dAlmaigne, non posse demandar aultre membre en loco del supradicto membro de Harlem overa aultra camera priorale si non tenire a questa de Uctrecht et presertim que lo prior deldicto priorat era present etc.
